If your SMS balance reaches zero, we will stop your campaign and stop sending communications for 48 hours.
After 48 hours, your campaign will start again - however, SMS sending will be suspended and the campaign automation will skip the SMS and send only the next communications in the workflow. For example, if you had planned to send a Text Message and an Email afterwards, we will skip the SMS and send the email instead.
If your account is suspended due to zero credit, you can manually add funds to refill your account. To prevent having your account suspended in the future, we recommend setting an automatic recharge trigger.
