Go to the 'Payment method' section of Account and Billing and check the following:
- Ensure 'Make primary' is selected next to the credit card you want to use
- Check your credit card information is correct, up to date, and your card is not expired
- Verify your credit card: re-add your card and authorize it by providing additional verification if prompted, such as one-time passcode via SMS or verification with your banking app
- Check for sufficient funds in your bank
- Make sure you haven't reached your spending limit for online payments
Trying to process a failed or pending payment?
Go to the 'Payment Method' section in Account and Billing and select the payment you want to process: this will initiate the authorization process for the selected transaction.
