How to set time restrictions for SMS, email, & FB Messenger

For each channel, you can decide whether to send your messages during working hours or not.

There is no one-size-fits-all rule to set-up your time restrictions - it depends on your market, your country, and the channel. 

It's important to note that in the United States, Canada, and France, marketing SMS can only be delivered from 8 am to 8 pm. We apply these restrictions by default.

To set up your time restrictions:

1. On the left side-bar, click on your website's icon, Then go to Site Settings

2. Scroll down to the Restricted hour's section

3. Select which channels you would like to implement the time restrictions on
