The Contact view is the place where you see all the contact's activity - whether they have enrolled into a campaign, purchased something, and so on. It contains the contact timeline, carts, orders, and conversations.
The contact timeline collects and organizes all the information you have about a contact. You can also see a stream of the contact's recent activity, edit the contact's information, and manage their opt-out preferences.
The contact carts section outlines the carts made, abandoned, or confirmed by the contact.
The contact orders section shows all the orders the user's made, whether they are paid and confirmed or not.
The contact conversation screen is where you can find all the communications sent to your customer (you cannot see their responses, only messages gone through from Carts Guru).
To see this, follow these steps:
1. From the menu bar, go to Contacts.
2. Click on the contact you want to view the activity of.
3. The Contact View should appear. Navigate through the sections at the top of the screen to find the information you need.
