What are the requirements to update my Carts Guru account?

There are no requirements for you to update your Carts Guru account from the old retargeting software to the new marketing automation platform.

Our tech team will automatically update your account to the new Carts Guru. However, you will only have access to retargeting campaigns, templates, and so on.

To unlock all marketing automation features and take advantage of all the use cases (from holiday campaigns to order confirmation and beyond), you should:

1. Login to app.carts.guru and go to the main screen.

2. In the top of your screen, you will see an orange bar urging you to upgrade.

3. Click on the "Upgrade" button.

4. A pop-up will appear giving you information about the new Carts Guru platform and how much you will be paying depending on the number of contacts you have in your database. To see how our pricing has changed, check this page.

5. Click "Confirm" and you're done! You've been officially upgraded to the marketing automation platform.
