When a user opts-in to be contacted via Facebook Messenger, businesses have a 24-hour window in which they can send promotional content to the user. Users must have the option to block or mute this content at any time during these 24 hours. To ensure that messages sent through our software are compliant, all Facebook Messages sent using Carts Guru include an opt-out button.
Because of this 24-hour window, it’s important to use Facebook Messenger as the first point of contact in your Carts Guru workflows so that the window doesn’t expire.
