What is sender name and how do I configure it?

Having a custom sender name allows you to send texts with your brand name instead of a phone number.

This feature is available in all countries (except for United States and Canada) and is very popular amongst brands as it improves engagement and establishes trust with customers.

How to change your SMS Sender Name:

1. From the menu bar, go to Site Settings -> Website Settings and scroll down to SMS Sender Name.

2. Near "Sender Name", Click on Edit.

3. After you've made the necessary modifications, click Save.
