Carts Guru Campaigns Performance

The Campaigns Performance dashboard is where you can see in-depth data on how well your campaigns are performing. From the top of the screen, select the time frame in which you'd like to have the results displayed. You can also filter by websites or campaigns for more specific data display.

As you land on the main screen, you will see 7 metrics:

• Revenue - that you generated with Carts Guru
• Orders - generated by Carts Guru
• Average order value - the average amount spent on any purchase generated by Carts Guru campaigns
• Journeys started - number of users that entered in your campaigns
• Journeys processing - number of users that are currently being processed by your campaigns
• Journeys completed - number of users that have completed a campaign goal (conversion or engagement)
• Revenue per contact - the total amount of revenue generated divided by the number of contacts that entered in at least one of your campaigns

Trend chart

The trend chart is where you see a visual representation of your growth. You can choose which data to show in the graph, from:

• Journeys started - number of users that entered in your campaigns
• Journeys processing - number of users that are currently being processed by your campaigns
• Journeys completed - number of users that have completed a campaign goal (conversion or engagement)
• Revenue - that you generated with Carts Guru
• Orders - generated by Carts Guru
• Goal completion - how many people either converted or engaged with your campaigns
• Average order value - the average amount spent on any purchase generated by Carts Guru campaigns
• Messages delivered - the number of messages we have successfully delivered
• Messages clicked - the number of messages users have clicked through
• CTR - the calculated percentage between message delivery and clicks
• Open Rate - the email open-rates
• Unique CTR - the click-through rate of unique users that interacted with at least one of your communications
• Opt-out - the number of users that opted-out from received communications from you after entering one of your campaigns
• Spam - the number of emails that ended up in spam folders
• Revenue per contact - the total amount of revenue generated divided by the number of contacts that entered in at least one of your campaigns

Here, you can find specific data for each of your campaigns. Understand more about:
