The Messages Performance dashboard is where you can see in-depth data on how well your messages are performing. From the top of the screen, select the time frame in which you'd like to have the results displayed. You can also filter by websites or campaigns for more specific data display.
As you land on the main screen, you will see 11 metrics:
- Messages delivered - the number of messages we have successfully delivered
- Messages clicked - the number of messages users have clicked through
- Open rate - the email open-rates
- CTR - the calculated percentage between message delivery and clicks
- Unique CTR - the click-through rate of unique users that interacted with at least one of your communications
- Opt-out - the number of users that opted-out from your communications after entering one of your campaigns
- Spam - the number of emails that ended up in spam folders
- Revenue - that you generated with Carts Guru
- Revenue per contact - the total amount of revenue generated divided by the number of contacts that entered in at least one of your campaigns
- Orders - generated by Carts Guru
- Average order value - the average amount spent on any purchase generated by Carts Guru campaigns
Trend chart
The trend chart is where you see a visual representation of your growth. You can choose which data to show in the graph, from:
- Messages delivered - the number of messages we have successfully delivered
- Messages clicked - the number of messages users have clicked through
- CTR - the calculated percentage between message delivery and clicks
- Unique CTR - the click-through rate of unique users that interacted with at least one of your communications
- Opt-out - the number of users that opted-out from your communications after entering one of your campaigns
- Spam - the number of emails that ended up in spam folders

Channels
Here, you can find specific data for each of your channels. Understand more on metrics about:
