How to synch your Shopify contacts into Carts Guru

You can import your data in just 2 clicks! Select a date, and then we will import all contacts and their orders created from this date onwards. This happens so we can populate all the contact activities.

You can do this by looking for the button in one of the following 3 locations:

• In the left-side menu bar, click the "Getting Started" button and scroll until you find the section.

• In the left-side menu bar, click on your website's icon and go to "Contacts". In the upper menu bar, click the "Synchronize Shopify's Contacts" button.

• In the left-side menu bar, click on your website's icon and go to "Site Settings", then click the "Integration" tab. Under the "E-commerce" section, click on the "Synchronize my contacts" button.

Once you've selected one of these options, a pop-up will appear. Select the date (the date onwards from which we will import the contacts) and click confirm.

And that's it! Your import should be ready in a few minutes!
