How to synch your contacts into Carts Guru

If your CMS is Shopify, Prestashop or Magento 2, you can import your data in just 2 clicks! Select a date, and then we will import all contacts and their orders created from this date onwards. This happens so we can populate all the contact activities.

You can do this by clicking on your website's icon and go to "Contacts". In the upper menu bar, click the "Synchronize Contacts" button.

Once you've selected one of these options, a pop-up will appear. Select the date (the date onwards from which we will import the contacts) and click confirm.

And that's it! Your import should be ready in a few minutes!
