Getting started with coupon codes

Carts Guru supports personal coupon codes in triggered emails and pop-up features.

You can choose whether you want Carts Guru to automatically create coupon codes for you, meaning that your platforms should support this feature in the checkout. We will be creating a pool of campaign codes in your e-commerce solution.

The second option is to manually add the coupon into Carts Guru. You do this by creating the code into the backend of your platform (Prestashop, Shopify, etc.) and pasting the code into Carts Guru. After, you can choose the start, end, and expiration dates for the coupon.

Coupon Code Format

Numbers 0-9, letters a-z, A-Z and dash (- + _ ! @ ?) are supported. Maximum length for the coupon is 32 characters.
