How to add a coupon code into a template

For Email templates

Go to the email template you'd like to add the coupon code to.

There are two ways in which you can add a coupon code:

• Inside of a text box, select Tags -> Discount -> Discount name you're looking for

• Drag and drop the Discount content, select the code you're looking for.

For SMS templates

Go to the SMS template you'd like to add the coupon code to.

In the text box near the word you want the coupon code to show up, select Tags -> Discount -> Discount name you're looking for. If you want to embed a discount code into a cart recovery link, select Cart link with coupon.
