How to add a coupon code into a template

For Email templates

Go to the email template you'd like to add the coupon code to.

Drag and drop a discount code into the template and click on it to edit. From here, there are two ways in which you can add a coupon code:

• either go to the text box and, near the text you want the coupon code to show up, select Tags -> Discount -> Discount name you're looking for
• or go under the Discount section and, from the drop-down menu next to Discount, select the code you're looking for.

For SMS templates

Go to the SMS template you'd like to add the coupon code to.

Drag and drop a discount code into the template and click on it to edit. From here, in the text box near the word you want the coupon code to show up, select Tags -> Discount -> Discount name you're looking for.

For Facebook Messenger templates

Go to the Facebook Messenger template you'd like to add the coupon code to.

Drag and drop a discount code into the template and click on it to edit. From here, the text box near the word you want the coupon code to show up, select Tags -> Discount -> Discount name you're looking for.
