Product conditions allow you to segment your contacts based on their previous purchases or purchase intent, hence their abandoned carts.
Through Product conditions, you can create lists based on the products or categories of products included in your contacts' past orders or abandoned carts.
Note: the feature is available for the following CMS:
- Prestashop starting from version 1.6 and above with this plugin version. Follow the instructions in this article to update your plugin.
- Magento 2 with this plugin version.
After the update of the plugin, synch the data of your order from the Contacts section to enrich your order information and be able to use Product Segmentation.
Thanks to these Product conditions, you will be able to create more use cases that will allow you to propose better recommendations and promotions to your customers via automated campaigns or newsletters. In the following table, you will find some of the scenarios you are able to set up.
