In Carts Guru you are able to export file that allows you to visualize and analyze in detail the information about the orders generated on the website and those converted by Carts Guru.
To export the Order file, follow the steps below:
- Go into the Contact section
- Click on the Export button
- Select the time frame you are interested in
- Click on the export button next to Order
- Check your inbox for the email with the export
- Download the export from the email
The data you will be able to find in the Order export are:
- Order: The number of the order in your back office
- Last name: The buyer's last name
- First name: The buyer's first name
- Email: The buyer's email
- Phone number: The buyer's phone number
- Date: the creation date of the order
- Local currency ET: The order value excluding taxes and shipping costs in the local currency
- Local currency ATI: The order value including all taxes and shipping costs in the local currency
- Local currency: The local currency in which the order was done
- Converted total ET: The local order ET value converted to Euro. It reflects the values displayed in the Dashboard.
- Campaign name: The name of the campaign that generated the order, if it's an Order Bounded to Carts Guru. This information will be null if the order hasn't been bounded to Carts Guru
- Campaign type: The type of campaign that converted the order, among Time trigger, Event trigger and List trigger
- Channel: The channel type that converted the order, between Email and SMS
- Template: The name of the template who converted the order
- Action: The last action that was made in the template, among Sent, Delivered, Open, Click, Opt-out, Spam
- Date of action: the date when the last action that generated the order was made
Additional fields available for Prestashop (available soon):
- Coupon: The Carts Guru coupon used in the order
- Product label: The label of the products included in the order
- Product ID: The ID of the product included in the order
- Product category: The category of the product in the order
- Product subcategory: The subcategory of the product in the order
- CG bounded: The order has been generated via a Carts Guru campaign
Thanks to the data in the export you can create the following reports:
- The analysis of the type of campaign revenues and orders
- The analysis of the revenues and orders per channel type (Email vs SMS) and action
- The analysis of the delays between when the action on the template was made and when the order was created
- A comparison between different attribution models time-frames
- The analysis of the revenues and orders per template which allows a workflow analysis in terms of revenue generation
- The analysis of the CG coupons that were used in order and the coupon usage distribution
- The analysis of the contribution of CG on the overall revenues generated on the website
To realize the previous type of reports, once you download the CSV order file, you can copy the data directly into this pre-made document and you'll be able to visualize them easily.
When pasting the data, make sure the formulas in the latest columns are not broken or overwritten as they are used in further reports.
In the Report template document, you can find each report mentioned above in a different tab containing a pre-made pivot table. Make sure the pivot table range includes all the rows in the first raw table.
