How to launch a pre-built retargeting workflow

Creating and launching a retargeting workflow with our workflow builder is so easy!

To start:

1. Just log into your Carts Guru app and click Workflows, then Add campaign.

2. Next, select our most popular pre-built campaigns and click launch.

3. Then scroll down to the essentials section where you’ll find cart abandonment campaigns. If you have SMS credits, select cart abandonment email + SMS, and if you don’t just select cart abandonment email

* If you don’t have SMS credits but would like to send some SMS messages through your campaign (which we recommend), quickly go and add credits in the account and billing page.

4. Now you can personalize your retargeting campaign with images, your own logo, and links to your social media sites.

5. On the next page, you will find a summary of your campaign, lists, and templates. Check over it to make sure everything is in order and then click create a campaign.

6. The final step is the workflow! Check over this to make sure everything is as you want, then click save and exit!

7. When you’re ready to launch your campaign, remember to click start
