Workflow wizard or create from scratch?

At Carts Guru, we always strive to give our clients the best opportunity to succeed in their e-commerce business. And it's why we've made building campaigns as easy as it gets for newcomers and as in-depth and precise for expert builders! 😉

Workflows are the series of messages you send a contact or a group of contacts from the moment you start the workflow until the workflow goal is reached or the end date arrives.

With Carts Guru, you can either build workflow yourself or choose from a selection of pre-built workflows that we put together for you to make everything easier! 

If you choose to launch workflows with the Wizard, you only need to choose a use case, update your details, and you're ready to go! But, to build and launch successful workflows from scratch, you need to:

1. Create lists (depending on your workflows goals) or use the "Match Everyone" list we automatically create after importing your contacts
2. Create email or SMS templates to use in your multichannel strategies
3. Optional: create coupon codes if your scenario is sales-oriented or you want to show your customers some love.

After having all of these aspects sorted out, you go to the Workflows section in the left-side menu bar and click on Add Workflows.
